We were home all day when they supposedly came by to deliver the package, but we never saw or heard them come around (which we would have) and we were not left a card to call or collect. Looks like many people have had bad experiences with this company, but credit where it's due, I ordered a package that was collected in tauranga Monday 4.30pm and was with me 7am Wednesday, so no complaints from me. I emailed the next day and requested for a delivery but they just wouldn't do it even though they made an error on their side. I didn't hear a single knock from the delivery guy so I called the company and was advised that it would get redelivered in the afternoon and again, I waited for nothing. I knew that it would get delivered on that day so I waited only to find out that a card was left on my doorstep. Never get between a man and his wine parcel.

Oh and the first time they were supposed to deliver, I was home the whole time and even had a parcel arrive from another company. Sure enough no package, on hold for 30mins and still nada. Our high school was supposed to get 8 boxes for school leavers hoodies, and they managed to lose all 8 of them and are putting in no effort to find them, so dont use this company.
